📦 Order Policy
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping & Delivery
- We offer standard and express shipping options at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times vary based on location, typically:
- Regional: 3–7 business days
- National: 7–10 business days
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can only be modified or canceled within 1 hour of being placed.
- Once an order is processed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges Policy
Eligibility
- You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items

- Perishable goods or custom-made products (unless defective)
Return Process

Refunds
